As the Founder of Runnery, I built an open-access startup incubator designed to democratise entrepreneurship by offering hands-on support to anyone with a business idea — from individuals to early-stage companies. Unlike traditional incubators with selective entry, Runnery focused on inclusive, practical guidance that helped founders move from concept to validation and early launch.
The initiative supported entrepreneurs across the entire journey, including idea development, licensing, company registration, feasibility assessments and access to governmental funding. I also helped founders build their brand identity from scratch through logo design, website creation, social media strategy and marketing campaigns.
Over time, I supported more than 60 early entrepreneurs and founders, providing personalised guidance in business planning, budgeting, early go-to-market strategy and brand development. I developed simple planning frameworks, templates and a practical founder toolkit that helped structure ideas, validate demand and accelerate early-stage execution. Runnery’s approach prioritised accessibility and real-world support rather than formal accelerator structures, giving founders the clarity they needed to launch and grow sustainably.
