Togetherness: All-in-One Education Management Platform, unifying teaching, administration, and communication tools with smart scheduling, reminders, and resource sharing for schools, teachers, and parents.

As Product Owner, I led the development of Togetherness, a comprehensive digital platform designed to transform education management by integrating teaching, administration and communication into one unified ecosystem. The platform centralises lesson planning, study material distribution, administrative workflows and school–parent communication through a single, intuitive interface.

Togetherness was created in response to key sector challenges—including fragmented digital tools, inconsistent communication between teachers, students and parents, and inefficient resource allocation. The solution streamlines everyday tasks, enhances transparency and enables a more collaborative learning environment. It also supports student entrepreneurship by allowing learners to sell educational materials, and introduces AI-supported features such as smart scheduling, automated reminders for quizzes and events, and data-driven insights for educators and school leadership.

The goal was to build a connected, sustainable and user-friendly education ecosystem that reduces administrative burden and strengthens engagement. Early feedback suggested that consolidating school workflows into a single platform could reduce administrative time by 15–20%, improving focus on teaching and student support. A concept prototype was produced to illustrate how planning, communication and AI-supported functions could be delivered in a cohesive interface.
